How do I report an advertisement?

Firstly, we want to make it clear that we support a zero-tolerance policy towards inappropriate ads in our game. If you encounter any, we encourage you to report them promptly.

While we aim to prevent inappropriate ads, the content you see is controlled by a third-party provider, not us.

If you come across an inappropriate ad, please contact our Customer Support Team with the following information:

• A screenshot of the ad where the product is visible
• A full description of the ad (contents, brand, product, etc.)
• Why the ad is inappropriate (unable to close it, inappropriate content, etc.)

Some ads have an information button in one of the corners. In this case, press the “i” button, then select “Report Ad” and choose a reason for reporting it.

Reporting the ad ensures it will not appear again on your device.
